When does my order need to be in by?

Orders need to be in by 5.00PM SUNDAY for delivery in the coming week. Orders placed after this time will roll over to the following week.

On occasion we can accommodate late orders, but please make contact with us first to avoid disappointment!

 

Is there a minimum order amount?

Our minimum order value to qualify for Local Delivery is $45.

  

When will my order arrive?

Tuesday - Bass Coast (1) Grantville/Phillip Island

Wednesday - Bass Coast (2) Wonthaggi/Inverloch

Thursday - South Gippsland 

Full Service Area

We will notify you by text and email with tracking details for your order, on the morning of your delivery.

 

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

Not at all! Just let us know in the notes at checkout where you would like us to leave your delivery. It will stay fresh and cool in our insulated packaging until you return. You may also arrange to have your order delivered to an alternate address such as your workplace, or a friend's address if you prefer. 

 

What can I expect in my box each week?

This will vary each week depending on what's in season and what looks good at market. 

We update our product pages at the end of each week with what you can expect to find in your box for the following week, however though we try to avoid it, we may need to make last minute changes from time to time due to availability. 

We will always give you as much as possible, however quantities can vary slightly due to seasonality price changes and availability.

 

Can I customise my box?

Due to seasonality and availability, what we put in the boxes will vary from week to week. Unfortunately we do not offer fully customised boxes, however you have the option to exclude up to 2 items from your box each week, and we will replace them with other suitable items to the same value. To request exclusions please leave a note at checkout or send us an email at orders@gippyorganics.com.au, prior to 5pm on the Sunday before your order is scheduled to arrive.

 

Do I have to subscribe to use your service?

Not at all! You can order whenever you like using the 'One-time purchase' option, or if you prefer the convenience of having a regular weekly or fortnightly box arrive automatically, you can become a subscriber. You will also receive a 5% discount on each order, plus extra produce in your box! You can cancel anytime.

*Discount only applies to fruit and vegetable boxes, not to grocery items offered on subscription basis.

 

When will my subscription payments come out?

Your initial payment will be processed at the time of checkout, with all future payments to be automatically processed on the Friday prior to your next scheduled delivery. Please make any updates/changes to your order prior to this time. 

 

What do I do with my packaging?

Protecting our planet and reducing waste is very important to us, so all our packaging is biodegradable and/or recyclable, and we will collect and re-use all our packaging again!

Once you have unpacked your delivery, we ask that you let the icepack dry, then place it back inside the box with the wool liner and place the box out in a dry location on the day of your next delivery for us to collect. Please discard the strip of packing tape used to seal the box, we don’t need this back! 😊
