As a subscriber you have the freedom to make changes to your recurring order at any time, such as adding or removing products, swapping your recurring product, or skipping an order. You can also cancel your subscription at any time. Here's a quick guide to assist you.
Access your Account from the icon on the top right corner of the page,
You can add additional products to your subscription at anytime, either as a recurring order, or as a one time purchase. To do this select the Add a product tab in the top right corner.
A list of products will appear for you to scroll through, or you can utilise the search bar available at the top. Select the product you are after, and choose whether you would like to add it to your order as a one time purchase, or as an additional subscription product. For additional subscription products select your desired delivery frequency. It does not have to be on the same schedule as your current subscription. For example, you may choose to have a veggie box delivered weekly, then add a fruit box for delivery every fortnight.
The additional product/s will be delivered with your next order, if added prior to your scheduled payment coming out. Changes made to orders after payment has already been processed will roll over into the following scheduled delivery.

We understand that your needs may change from week to week. Sometimes you may need a little more or less, or only fruit one week, and veggies the next. As such we want to give you the freedom to swap your subscription product/s as you choose. To do this select Subscriptions from the header,
then next to the product you wish to swap, click edit.
Click on the current subscription product,
then a screen will pop up giving you the option to Swap product.
Select the product you would like to swap to, choose your delivery frequency, then confirm with the swap product tab.
The swap will be applied to your next order, if made prior to your scheduled payment coming out. Changes made to orders after payment has already been processed will roll over into the following scheduled delivery.

If you are going away on holidays, or just don't need your order fulfilled a particular week as you already have more fruit and veg than you need, you have the option to Skip your delivery.
Select Delivery Schedule from the header.
You will see a list of your upcoming scheduled orders, with the option next to each to Skip. You may skip as many as you like, after which time your subscription will automatically continuing as normal, without you having to do a thing! If you have multiple products in a subscription, you must skip each of them individually.
Cancel subscription product
We're not into lock in contracts, so you are free to cancel your subscription product/s when you choose. If you would like to remove a subscription product from your order, simply select Subscriptions from the header,
then next to the product you would like to remove click
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see the option to Cancel Subscription. You will need to do this for each product you would like to remove.
Cancellations must be made prior to your next scheduled payment date. Cancellations made after payment has been processed will take effect after the active order has been fulfilled. Please refer to your account for your upcoming charge date, displayed under the Delivery Schedule heading.
*Please note all recurring subscription payments are processed on the Friday prior to your next scheduled delivery, so all amendments to your order need to be made before this time.
